About Us
Innervate Training is a national training provider serving the health and fitness industry with high-quality and nationally recognised qualifications. The anatomical term ‘Innervate’ describes the process by which a nerve stimulates a muscle or other organ to enable it to perform its role within the body. Consistent with this meaning, our role is to supply information, skills and motivation to all of our students in order to enable them to successfully perform their role within the health and fitness sector.
