This state of the art fitness facility is well equipped with a wide range of fitness equipment to ensure that your fitness course is both enjoyable and effective. Unfortunately the venue doesn't serve food and so it will be necessary to bring your own- alternatively you there is a Tesco approximately 5 minutes drive. Whether you are attending one of our Gym Instructor Courses, Personal Trainer qualifications or Exercise to Music courses- this is a great fitness facility that will ensure your fitness training course is of the highest quality.
