This 2 day programme covers all of the necessary skills and information to be able to teach safe and effective kettlebell exercises.
Support
Prior to attending your kettlebell training course you will be provided with training manual which contains all of the information you need.
Assessment
During the 2 day training course you will be required to demonstrate your ability to safely teach and perform a range of kettlebell exercises.
Pre-Requisites
You will need to hold a recognised 'Level 2 Fitness Instructor' qualification
REPs Information
This programme is worth 16 CPD points with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs)
