Course Content and Qualification
This is predominantly a practical course that will teach you how to administer with accuracy and reliability, a range of valid fitness assessments.
Assessment Method
You will initially be required to complete 2 distance learning assessments online which are specifically designed to prepare you for your training course.
Support
As a student of Innervate Training you will have your own personal tutor helping you throughout the duration of your studies.
Pre-requisites
You will need to hold a recognised Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction.
