Director of Health & Fitness
£24K basic plus possible £6k bonus
Responsible for a team of fitness professionals you ensure the highest levels of member retention through comprehensive member consultations and follow ups. With at least 3 years experience in the industry, you are qualified to REPS level 3. You will be responsible for achieving the Personal Training target and managing the trainers in addition to organising the Studio Classes and the freelance instructors.

Jubilee Hall Gym is looking for a full-time Fitness Manager to work 40-hours per week on a shift-rota basis.
The role has overall responsibility for the Gym and the Gym team and would also require some day-to-day management of the centre as a Duty Manager. You would play a vital part in ensuring that the Gym team adheres to and works towards meeting the Club targets and improving the services which we offer our customers.
Duties required of the role include:
• Creating and maintaining customer fitness programme targets
• Overseeing regular gym maintenance
• Leading, motivating and encouraging the gym team
• Supervision of Centre staff
Some desirable characteristics for the role include:
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Consistently proven achievements within the Health and Fitness Industry
• Experience of working within the voluntary sector
• REPs level II or equivalent
You will work in Jubilee Hall Trust Gym part of the Jubilee Hall Trust (charity no. 273562). The site is an expansive gym based in the heart of Covent Garden in the historic Grade II listed building above Jubilee Hall Market.
